Championships Cross Country Master: January 31 2026

Last cross country competition already for this season donde I won't go to the Spanish championships next week.

This was the Balearic Master's championships and at the same time the final for the "Txallenge", which are the cross country competitions with points. Here I talked only 6th because of running 2 crosses with my daughter, but today I moved up to the 4th place :-)

My son ranked 12th in his category and my daughter won hers after having been running with 1 shoe about 5km from the 5,7km...

            Bastante heróico, la verdad !LOL He tenido una larga lesión de tendón de Achilles que no me ha permitido correr en condiciones todo el verano hasta Octubre y me ha costado un montón de regresar... Debe ser la edad...
            Por lo tanto y como ha sido el primer año que compartí categoría con mi hija M45-M55 con Sub18M+F en los crosses de una liga que hacemos intenté de ayudarle en los 2 primeros crosses, lo que me ha costado un par de posiciones en la clasificación final, pero bueno, poco a poco estoy regresando.
            Si quieres ver un poco lo que estamos haciendo (sobre todo ella), mira el Instagram de mi hija @claudia.runs. Hizo un video muy chulo del campeonato nacional campo a través y en unos posts anteriores un resumen del año del atletismo, pentatlón moderno y triatlón. !HOPE
