Since I cannot run because of an injury, I decided this week to accumulate swimming and cycling distance. Today was the first swim - still without buoys in Costa d' en Blanes : I don't know what's happening! - a bit over 20 minutes.
The plan is to go again in Wednesday and again during the weekend (still considering what to do on Friday)
Cycling will be Tuesday, Thursday and weekend as a minimum.
Like that I'll have a base to build on during the next weeks and hopefully I can restart to run asap....
