new injury?: November 12 2025

Pain in the upper foot... It's not very strange after running in the fields after a long time and giving it all but I hope it isn't a new injury, especially because I started to feel it a day after the recovery training and not before or at the recovery training itself....

Tomorrow rest...

Rest is the only solution !INDEED and at the moment I don't have any other choice with a bruised rib (or damaged mscle or nerve over there) !WEIRD !wine

People would quickly recommend (more) rest in that case, though you might reply again with "not enough time". 🤔🧘‍♂️🤯😅 !HOPE !LOLZ

I'm eating and especially drinking more (alcohol) and I stay longer time in the shops for groceries and other stuff, so yes, I'm spending more money !LOL !wine

I understand that this sound a bit !WEIRD, but let me explain... After doing sports gererally I'm not very hungry and less I'm craving for some alcohol. It's late, I'm preparing something to eat,, I'm tired finish my comments on Hive and there isn't much time left before to go to sleep. When I've got more time I take more time to prepare something to eat, I eat and drink something in between already, continue to enjoy my meak with some nice !wine or beer etc. !HUG
