Run-Gym-Swim: May 15 2026

Trying to run a bit. Again no success. Following with some cross trainer, no success lol and finished after 15 minutes and done exercises. Wall sit over 1' now where I started at less than 30 seconds two weeks ago...

Still had done swimming to do. Not bad but I've been very tired today, so 1000m was enough...
